Investigator Training
Human Subjects Research Protection Training
Principal Investigators (PIs) and other research team members must have training in human research protections, taken within the past four years.
Acceptable Options include:
- CITI IRB Basic/Refresher Training (available through Sabai at no cost)
- DIA, ACRP or SOCRA Training and Certification
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Training
- CenterWatch: Protecting Study Volunteers in Research
- Tri-Council Policy Statement Online Training (TCPS) (CANADA)
- NIH, NIDA, OHRP Human Research Protections and/or GCP Training
- Training at Investigator’s Meetings
- Clinic/CRO/SMO Training (description of training must be included)
If training is needed, CITI training can be taken at no cost when registering through Sabai Global.
